However, please note that products sold through affiliate links or products not owned or branded by Inwhented are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective affiliate partners.

  • Item Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable). Products that have been used, opened, or altered cannot be returned.

3. Digital Products

Digital products (such as downloadable content, software, or e-books) are typically non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The product is broken or corrupt and cannot be used.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and inform you of the next steps. For products sold through affiliate links or not owned by Inwhented, we will direct you to the relevant affiliate or product vendor’s return and refund policy.


5. Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the request.


6. Shipping Returns (If Applicable)

If you are returning a physical product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

If the product was damaged during shipping, we will assist you with the return and cover the return shipping costs.

For products that are sold through affiliate links or are not owned or branded by Inwhented, the responsibility for returns, refunds, and exchanges lies with the affiliate partner or the third-party vendor. You will need to follow the return and refund policy of the affiliate partner or vendor.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange a product, you can return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Please follow the same return and refund process outlined above for the return.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing time:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes refunds may take longer to appear in your account due to bank processing times.
